Learn practical strategies to cope with grief and manage stress and anxiety for a healthier, more balanced life

Week 5: Freestyle- Express yourself
Participate in a creative, open session where you can share your thoughts and feelings through art, writing, or discussion

Week 6: End of Program Wrap-Up and Celebration
Celebrate the journey and reflect on what you’ve learned in this closing session with fellow participants and facilitators

This weeks workshop participants shall create a vision board with resources provided to them to illustrate their thoughts.
